I booked my fiesta in for an MOT at 0930 and was told it would be an hour for this to be done. At 1150 I have called the garage to find out what was taking so long. The phone was answered by an extremely rude individual who said it has failed due to a faulty brake light and when I questioned about why it had taken so long and why did I have to chase up them up his response was do you want us to look at it or not!?.

I said yes please and he stated he would call me back to tell me what was wrong with the light. It is now 4 hours since I dropped my car off and an hour and a half since I last spoke to the garage as they are not answering the phone. I will have to arrange child care and pay for a taxi to go down and find out what is going on. What a shambles, they have left me out of pocket for a baby sitter and now a taxi fare. I will never use this garage again, a £40 MOT has just cost me double before I even find out what is wrong with my brake light. I booked my car in at 0930 for a reason. Ridiculous.

I had a slow puncture and called garage at opening time. I spoke with them and they were extremely helpful and stated to drop car down as and when.

The service they provided was honest , helpful and cost effective, so much that I ended up buying four new tyres for my two vehicles. I will be using them again to service my cars. Also as a woman going into the garage they did not treat me like an idiot or try and take advantage of this fact
